Description

Manage the portfolio of properties of the company located in Pennsylvania by ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements, appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes; reviewing, preparing, and finalizing monthly financial statements for individual properties; reviewing and approving accounts payable in a timely manner; recommending rent increases and concessions; auditing resident files and ensuring they have met the screening criteria; monitoring delinquent rents and confirm Property Managers are processing evictions as required; overseeing training of new Property Managers and provide development plans as necessary; Monitor and maintain properties in work order system for service calls and ensuring timely completion. Perform new properties research and acquisitions, negotiate sales and purchase contracts, work to improve company's overall financial performance. Supervise the transition process of new acquisitions and dispositions.

US or foreign Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as Manager, Business Head, Supervisor or Executive or any related field including experience in contract negotiations.
